The news of Los Angeles Laker forward Lamar Odom being traded to the Dallas Mavericks has shaken up the sports world.
The trade came to a surprise of now former teammate Kobe Bryant who is very bothered by the trade. Bryant said, “I don’t like it. I’ve known Lamar for a long time, and for the team itself, he’s meant a lot in terms of his versatility, his personality. He’s a big presence for us in the locker room, just from a team chemistry standpoint. He’s great at bringing guys together and things of that nature.”
Khloe Kardashian Odom, wife of the baller, was also sadden by the news. She took to Twitter to post her feelings about the trade. She tweeted to a fan saying, “we are all sad but positive energy gets you farther than negative.” By keeping up with the Kardashian clan I know how family oriented Khloe is as well as how much she supports her husband so moving to Dallas along with her hubby is a no brainer but it makes me sad to know she won’t be living in the same city as her sisters. We’ve all watched and can see the close bond the girls have and being away from them will be hard but I’m sure I’m not the only one that can smell another season of some sort of Kardashian reality show brewing.
Ending on a good note, good luck to Khloe and Lamar on their exciting new journey.
